A visit to a place for grilled makchang after a long time.  

I didn’t have high expectations going in, but to my surprise, the grilled makchang turned out to be the best I’ve had this year. I’m not sure if it’s because they use a lot of seasoning, but there was barely any tough texture, offering an evenly tender and enjoyable bite. According to my friends, this chain generally maintains a decent standard no matter the location, so it’s worth stopping by if you happen to see one. However, since it’s a chain, quality might vary between branches—if the place looks busy, it’s probably a safe bet to give it a try.


오랜만에 막창을 먹으러 간 곳.
큰 기대를 안 하고 간 곳이지만 낮은 기대와 달리 구워진 막창은 올해 먹은 막창 중에 제일 맛있었다. 염지가 많이 들어간 건지는 모르겠지만, 질긴 부위는 거의 없이 고른 부드러움과 식감을 제공했다. 친구들 말로는 이 체인점은 어딜 가나 평균치는 한다고 하니 지나가다 있다면 한 번쯤 들러볼 것. 대신 체인점이니 점포별로 편차가 있을 수 있어 가게 안에 사람이 많다면 조금 더 믿고 들어가 봐도 되겠다.
